Yes. Many of our designs are available as digital-only or print-ready files if you prefer to print independently. Please note that colors, paper quality, and final print results may vary between printers. We are only able to guarantee print quality for orders produced through our trusted vendors.

Most custom projects begin with an initial proof within approximately 3–7 business days after all wording, details, and inspiration have been received. Full project timelines vary based on revisions, printing method, production timelines, and overall project scope.

For weddings and larger events, we recommend inquiring as early as possible to ensure availability.

All custom projects include two complimentary revision rounds during the proofing process. Additional revisions or major redesign changes beyond the included rounds may require additional design fees.

We encourage clients to review proofs carefully and consolidate edits whenever possible to help keep projects moving efficiently.

Yes. We offer assembly and mailing services for many stationery orders, including envelope addressing, stuffing, sealing, postage coordination, and mailing preparation. These services are quoted separately based on the scope of your project and guest count.

A signed proposal or contract along with the required retainer/payment is needed to officially reserve your project date. Due to limited availability, dates are not held based solely on inquiry submission or preliminary conversations.
